Shipping , Exchanges & Route Insurance
While orders are typically shipped within 2-5 business days, orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and additional emails once your order has been shipped and delivered.
What is Route Insurance?
Route is premium package protection for your Sly Stallone Shop order. When you add Route at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval by the Route team, for a reorder or refund within 24-48 hours.
Note: If your order does not have Route, Sly Stallone Shop is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during shipping.

Sly Stallone Shop is not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped - we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. Stolen / lost packages are non-refundable. Certain misunderstandings may apply but evidence must be recorded, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to assist you with this matter.
How do I file a claim for my lost, stolen, or damaged package?
If you insured your order with Route at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a claim. Filing a claim can be done very quickly through the Route Claims Portal!
You can file claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Note: Make sure to have the Sly Stallone Shop Order Number and/or the Route Order ID ready to use with the claim form.

How does Route reimburse me?
Route will process your refund or reorder.
If I return or exchange my order, will I be refunded the amount paid for Route insurance?
No, Route Insurance is a final sale add-on that can not be removed from an order once it is placed, or refunded if your order is returned.
Pre-order & made to order items will ship once stock becomes available. The estimated delivery date will be listed in the product description of the item. You will receive an email with tracking once it’s been shipped.
*Pre-order shipping dates are subject to delays.
Returns & Exchanges
All returns and exchanges must be made within 15 days from receiving your shipment.
You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns or exchanges.
All returns must have a valid reason. (ex. Defect, Size)
We do not offer refunds. Items purchased from Sly Stallone Shop may be returned for store credit only. Each item must have the original tags and be unworn as well as unwashed. Sly Stallone Shop will not offer any refunds on returned products.
The store credit that is applied from your return will be for the purchase price of the product only, it does not include the shipping fees charged for delivery.
If a product in your order is out of stock, you will automatically be refunded for the purchase price of that specific item.
Please email your order number and request to email@example.com for authorization before you send anything back to us.
Sly Stallone Shop will NOT accept returns or exchanges if:
- The item smells of any odors including smoke, perfume, or cologne.
- The item has any visible stains whatsoever.
- There are any changes or modifications to the article of clothing.
- Tags are removed or damaged.
- Sales of coffee mugs, flasks, and any style of wearable hats are final due to sanitary reasons.
You will be responsible for paying postage costs on any returns or exchanges. If you request an exchange, we will waive the standard shipping fee on your new order. If your item is defective, we will issue you a return prepaid label and waive the fee on the return shipping for the new item.
If your order is international, you are responsible for all shipping costs and duty charges.
*If you received the wrong item or the item was defective/damaged you will incur no additional shipping charges. Please refer to the below "US Customers" in regards to receiving a damaged or incorrect item.
We do not offer exchanges on exchange orders for a second time.
*There are no returns or exchanges on sale and clearance items, this includes all sales related to Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
Any orders returned with a retail value of $250 or higher will be charged a 20% restock fee.
For US Customers - We will email you with a USPS pre-paid postage label for you to print out, attach to the box, and drop off at your nearest post office or have your own mailman pick up. Once we receive your return, we will re-ship your new item and you will be emailed your new tracking number.
For International Customers - You will have to mail us the package back via standard international mail only, along with a receipt of what you paid for shipping and we will process your refund upon receiving your return. We will then re-ship you new item and email you your new tracking number.
We are not able to accept returns for Sly Stallone Shop products not purchased directly through our website for any reason.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges on sale items, this includes all sales related to Black Friday or Cyber Monday.
